A central part of Brunella’s concept and culinary direction is Michael Pietroiacovo of Truffle Brothers. Born into the food traditions of Molise, Italy, Michael comes from a family deeply connected to Italian truffles, specialty foods and authentic regional cuisine. After decades of working with premium Italian products and supplying distinguished chefs and restaurants throughout the United States, Michael brings that experience directly into Brunella.

At Brunella, many of the ingredients that define our cuisine are sourced directly from Italy. From Italian flour, tomatoes, cheeses, truffles and olive oil to the specialty products behind our pastas, pizzas and antipasti, we believe authenticity starts with what goes into every dish.
Our menu brings together fresh handmade-style pastas, authentic Italian pizzas, premium steaks, fresh seafood, salads, antipasti and traditional Italian favorites, all prepared with an emphasis on simplicity, freshness and exceptional ingredients.
